I know this sounds trite, but where did 2013 go? It seems like just yesterday that I was sitting here blogging about how excited I was about the upcoming publication of Crimson and Clover. But that was an entire year ago, a year in which I had three books published. Three! It all went by so fast, though, and now I’m gearing up for 2014.
My next novel, Sister Golden Hair, will hopefully hit the shelves (and the e-readers, too) in March or April, and I’m planning all kinds of celebrations! First up is new covers for Athena’s Daughter and Song Without Words. I love the covers as they are right now, but sometimes things need freshening up. I’m thinking of it as a kind of spring cleaning for the books. 🙂 Plus, it will help them tie in better with future books.
I’m also planning some great giveaways involving all my books, including really fantastic gift baskets filled with all sorts of goodies! I’m really excited about these and am having a blast gathering all the things to put in them.
Of course, there will be more Romances that Rock, one of which will revisit some of the characters from Crimson and Clover. Another will take us back to the Roaring Twenties with a heroine based on someone who actually lived then. She was a trip, and I hope you’ll love her as much as I do.
So as I tidy away all the amazing memories from 2013 and get ready for an even bigger and better 2014, I want to thank you all for being a part of this wild, crazy and fantastic ride! Thank you for your support and love, and I’m looking forward to connecting with you even more in the upcoming year. 🙂
